Please note that you cannot make any payments at this stage! Presenters can make the payment only after their submitted abstracts are accepted for presentation.

The payment has to be made only through e-payment (after the abstract is accepted!). To proceed to payment, please note that:

Once you receive a notification of abstract acceptance, you can:

  1. log in to your account
  2. click on “My Conferences” on the top menu
  3. find International Conference on Humanities
  4. click on the $ sign in the "Action" section to proceed with the payment

2) Non-presenters can make online payment anytime by clicking on $ sign in the "Action" section.



  • In cases of withdrawal/cancellation of participation, the conference fees are non-refundable
  • All fees are to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or US Dollar (USD).
  • Fees cover all conference events, two lunch meals, four receptions, goodie bag, certificate, programme book, notepad and a pen, and the publication charges.
  • Fees do NOT cover accommodation, transportation, nor obliges visa support.
  • For particular meals or receptions, please contact conference committee for details.
  • Co-authors need to register individually (as presenter) if they wish to attend the conference.   
  • If participants would like to bring a family member or a friend, they must register them individually as "Non-Presenter" on the online system before the deadline. Non-presenter fee covers all conference events, two lunch meals and four receptions, but does not cover goodie bag, certificate, abstract book, notepad and a pen.
  • Please note that you need to register for the conference via the conference website to be able to make the online payment. Once payment has been made, please e-mail to us the proof of payment.
  • Please note that the conference secretariat assumes that you are no longer interested to participate in this conference if we hear nothing from you by 31 July 2019.
  • A payment acknowledgment email from ePayment USM will be sent to you via email as soon as you have made the payment. Please keep the email as proof of payment. NO other official receipt will be issued.
